Collections, timelines, how we work together and what you can count on from me.
Everything below also lives in a fourteen-page guide, polished enough to forward straight to your couple. Every photograph opens its full wedding.
Harbour Island, the Bahamas
You spent months building this day. I photograph it the way you designed it to be seen.
The design, the details, the room at the exact moment it all comes together, and the people who make it worth the effort. Your name is on that room. It should photograph like it cost what it did.
Underneath all of it runs a steady eye for composition, light, style and setting, so the work looks as considered as the day itself.
And it should feel easy. Relaxed people photograph beautifully, and happy couples send referrals. Years from now, these photographs should put your couple right back inside the day: the heat, the music, who was laughing at what.
The best wedding days are collaborative. Ahead of the celebration, I’d love to see your timeline, design priorities and venue notes, plus whatever you know about the family that isn’t written down anywhere. That’s where the best photographs come from. My job is to make your plan look effortless.
On the day, I arrive prepared and stay light on my feet. Weather turns, timelines slide, someone vanishes five minutes before family photos. I handle it quietly, the couple never feels it, and you stay the calmest person in the room.
Within a day, weekends aside.
Read closely before we talk. I arrive early, always.
10 to 15 polished images within 48 hours, ready for your feed.
Delivered in 6 to 8 weeks.
Your team is credited and tagged wherever the work appears.
A limited number of weddings each year, so each one gets my complete attention.
You built it. It deserves its own portrait.
I photograph the design while it’s still untouched: the tables, the florals, the light coming through, the whole room in the minute before the doors open. Then again once it fills, because that’s when it starts earning its keep.
Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours, so you can post the room while the couple is still on their honeymoon and your next client is still deciding who to hire.
Costa Rica, Mexico, the Bahamas, Tennessee, California, and home base in the Columbia River Gorge.
Destination proposals are built around the real logistics: travel, lodging, event timing, multiple venues and the pace of the weekend. Coverage can run from the welcome party through the rehearsal dinner, the excursions and the farewell brunch.
I want the gallery to hold the place as much as the people: the landscape, the weather, the architecture, the food. Years of living and photographing weddings abroad taught me how a destination wedding actually runs, and how to keep one graceful when the boat is late.
“I love that our photos actually feel like Costa Rica too — the light, the colors, the movement, all of it.”Sofía
I’m the lead photographer on every wedding I take. A second photographer is available whenever the couple or planner wants one, and I’ll recommend it when the day calls for it: separate getting-ready suites, a big guest list, tight transitions or events running at once.
I only bring photographers I trust. They follow my lead, move quietly and cover what’s happening away from me. One ceremony, two angles, and nothing important left unseen:
I work with the rhythm of the day, not against it.
Portraits, family photos, details and transitions get calm direction and clear communication. If cocktail hour runs long or dinner starts late, I adjust quietly and nobody needs to know the schedule moved. The goal: gorgeous coverage, and a couple who remembers living their wedding. That’s the review you want.
There’s direction when it helps and room to breathe when it doesn’t. Enough guidance that nobody wonders what to do with their hands, then plenty of space for movement, chemistry and whatever is true to the two of them.
Elegant, funny, quiet, loud: there’s room for all of it. Portrait time should feel like part of the party, the twenty minutes where the couple finally gets to look at each other. It’s also where the cover shots come from.
Some photographs get stronger when color steps aside. Black and white pulls the eye to gesture, light, texture and shape. I use it deliberately, alongside color, never as a blanket filter.
“We are so grateful for Margaux’s perspective. Her work is true art, and we are forever grateful she shared it with our family.”Siobhan, mother of the bride
“We loved having Margaux and felt so stress free throughout the entire day. She somehow made us feel like we were getting so many beautiful photos while still letting us be completely present in our wedding.”Kimberly + Jacob
“We were really picky about photography and knew we didn’t want anything that felt too ‘wedding-y’ or staged. Margaux totally understood that. She gave us enough direction that we never felt awkward, but nothing felt forced either.”Claire + Ben
“Margaux caught so much stuff we completely missed. … And then mixed in with all of that are these gorgeous portraits that look like they belong in a magazine. We have no idea how she did both at the same time.”Lauren + Matt
“I usually hate having my picture taken … Margaux had me relaxed within like five minutes. … When I saw the photos, I was shocked at how much I loved myself in them.”Hannah

Send me the date, venue, guest count and schedule. I’ll shape the proposal around the celebration, not the other way around.
Send me a dateEvery collection includes one, because the best photographs deserve a life off the screen.
Pulled off a shelf, passed across a table, rediscovered years later and eventually handed to someone who wasn’t there. It won’t get lost in a cloud account or an old phone.
And the wedding doesn’t have to be the last time. Anniversaries, new babies and the next wedding in the family are some of my favorite photographs to make, and families tend to remember who introduced us.
The date and venue are enough to start.
